1. Sometimes, the failure was the memory size dependent.  So we will need to know the system memory size in the BSOD.

2. Somebody say it's the clean OS.  We also need to check the system has how many processes was running.

The physical memory size is 3648412 KB (~3563MB).  The most possibility is that use 4 GB DRAM module and around 512MB was used for video memory.
