libssh2 for Windows

1. Download the libssh2 source code from http://www.libssh2.org/.  Try to build Win32 directory.
2. Download Win32 OpenSSL v1.0.1j from https://slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html.
3. Download zlib.lib from http://www.zlib.net/
4. During build, it will meet unresolved external symbol problem.  Then try
Go to ‘test’ project properties C/C++->Preprocessor->Preprocessor Definitions and remove ‘LIBSSH2_WIN32‘
